Junior Eloqua Developers – With 2 to 4 years of working experience on any Marketing automation tools.

Senior Eloqua Developers – With 4 to 7 years of working experience on any Marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua;

Key Responsibilities:

∙ Campaign Development: Design, develop and implement automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua, including email marketing, lead nurturing and scoring.

∙ Data Management: Setup, manage and maintain data integrations between Eloqua and CRM systems such as salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

∙ Lead Scoring & Segmentation: Develop and optimize lead scoring models and audience segmentation based on customer behaviour and demographics.

∙ Eloqua Configuration: Manage and configure Eloqua settings, including user permission, data fields and API integrations.

∙ Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and optimize workflows for better engagement and conversion rates.

∙ Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvements.

∙ Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data syncing, email deliverability, and other technical aspects of Eloqua

∙ Training & Support: Provide support and training to marketing users on Eloqua best practice and system functionality.

Preferred Qualifications:

∙ Experience with other Oracle Cloud products.

∙ Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

∙ Certification in Oracle Unity or related technologies.
