Job Description :-
Responsible for the research, evaluation, and solutioning of Salesforce Field Service applications. Leads the analysis of work requests (via Jira) to recommend config vs. custom solutions for FMD improvement. Develops standards for the specific function or technology domain and defines design patterns and configurations that can be reused as building blocks for other solutions.

Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud (Field Service Required)
Knowledge of integration architecture (Oracle, MuleSoft) with Salesforce
Salesforce Certifications a plus
