Maintain a detailed record of calls, including outcomes and follow-up tasks, using our CRM system. Work with the HR team to understand current job openings and match suitable candidates through phone screenings. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues related to our services. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing client and candidate engagement. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is cool. Great communication skills, like, you gotta be a people person. Basic computer skills, 'cause you'll be using them daily. Previous experience in telecalling is a plus, but not a dealbreaker. A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection like a champ.
