Positions- Consultant/Senior Consultant Destination Preferred:- Australia/UK Location -Hyderabad-Kukatpally Job Overview: We are looking for a Consultant and Senior Consultant to help our students in the easy or hassle-free application or paperwork processing for their education seeking placement in international institutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring, providing training to fellow counsellors on product knowledge and supporting their ongoing professional development. This role will be working closely with the Team Leader and the Branch Manager to provide necessary support in client meetings, office related events, team building initiatives, etc. Excellent communication skills are essential. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling student walk-ins for effectively address their queries regarding Studying abroad and provide comprehensive consultancy with end-to-end solution. Attain complete understanding of Students eligibility & suggest the most appropriate Country, Course and University/College. Provide detailed and accurate information regarding Admission and Visa documentation and other mandatory requirements. Responsibly handle all aspects of Admission process from Case filing with university, updating the students through regular communication, Visa application filing and address to any student query. Stay updated with all changes in policies, procedures & requirements for destination countries. Follow up with the potential students post their visit and ensure effective closure. Capable of preparing MIS reports as required by Management.
