Job Description :

We are looking for a software engineer with expertise in Python skills and a strong, positive, can-do attitude to join our development center in Bangalore. The team is building a SAAS product that is revolutionizing supply chain decision-making.

What you will do :

- Contribute to product during all phases of development with robust, scalable, high-performance code for use cases around AWS Cloud Integration, Multi-threading on Linux etc.

- Automate handling of large volume of files and massive amounts of data.

- Automate data extraction from various file systems, business intelligence systems (Snowflake, Redshift, Cloudera, Oracle BI, SAP BW etc.)

- Writing RestAPIs.

What we are looking for :

- 3-5 years of rock-solid hands-on experience in Python

- Excellent understanding of error handling, file handling, Regex etc.

- Excellent understanding of handle different types of files like CSV, text, XML etc.

- Excellent understanding of Python Database APIs. Any experience with PostgreSQL will be a major plus.

- Good knowledge of threading limitations and multi-process architecture.

- Solid experience with debugging, object-oriented concepts, re-usability of code.

- Able to design and implement the solutions for business problems.

- Able to think out of the box.

- Knack for writing clean, readable and optimized code

- Experience with scikit, nltk, PuLP and other AI/ML & Optimization libraries will be a significant plus.
