No. of Vacancies: 5

Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

We are inviting motivated and creative Intern Architects to be a part of our growing team and gain hands-on experience in real estate development and architectural design.

Role & Responsibilities :

Assist in designing residential & commercial building layouts, floor plans, and elevations.

Support in preparing architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction documents.

Participate in site visits, surveys, and project inspections under the supervision of senior architects.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and construction teams for integrated project development.

Prepare 3D visualizations, presentations, and client proposals.

Assist in material selection, BOQ preparation, and vendor coordination.Stay updated with the latest design trends, building codes, and construction technologies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office, and Photoshop (or similar design software).

Strong creative thinking and design visualization skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced real estate industry.
