Don't just build a career, Love IT.To further strengthen our managed Services team, we are looking for you as a Senior Infrastructure Specialist PAM & IAM to ensure the seamless delivery of client services.We rely on strong teamwork, flat hierarchies, agile innovation, and a strong customer focus and are looking for people who are team players, want to make a difference, enjoy and are interested in IT security.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, engineer and manage PAM solutions from Beyond Trust to secure critical systems and infrastructure.Configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflowsTroubleshoot PAM issues including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failuresIntegrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.Manage Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional AccessUtilize scripting languages like Power Shell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting.Conduct periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reportingAdminister Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environmentsEnforce MFA, adaptive access policies, and RBAC across hybrid environmentsMonitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threatsEnsure compliance with IAM security policies and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)Investigate IAM-related security incidents and unauthorized access attemptsCollaborate with security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance modelsAdminister and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments, including patching, performance tuning, and access controlYour Profile4–12 years of hands-on experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologiesStrong expertise in Beyond Trust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIMWorking knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols and experience with scripting languages for task automation.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fieldProfessional certifications preferred (e.g., Beyond Trust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Cyber Ark Defender)Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working styleExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment when required and continuously upgrade technical skillsOur OfferBe part of our international team.
