THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting directly to an experienced Finance Manager, you will be responsible for driving the monthly and annual processes, whilst supporting continuous improvement and more ad-hoc business projects as they arise.   Key duties and responsibilities include: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Monitoring and reporting on accounting inconsistencies Keeping up-to-date with financial policies, practices, and regulations Complying with state and federal tax regulations Preparing and delivering bank and balance sheet reconciliations Manage intercompany process including reporting File GST, NRWT and statistical returns Assist in annual budgets and forecasts as well as internal and external audits ABOUT YOU You will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 2 years post qualification experience, have strong financial accounting experience and the ability to work at pace but still be accurate and have attention to detail.  You will be system savvy and can work with large data sets. Working knowledge of the property and real-estate industry is advantageous. You have advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and the ability to work toward tight timelines. You are highly flexible. Operational flexibility will be required to meet business needs.  Salary Package: $100k + benefits
