Job Title: Senior SAP CPI Consultant

The HR Technology team is responsible for transforming Human Resources with science, technology, and human intelligence. Our team builds state of the art technology solutions to create a frictionless experience to our associates, through a seamless digital journey.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP CPI Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the operations and continuous improvement for 27 countries that are LIVE on this platform today, including expansion which will eventually have over 33 countries on Success Factors leveraging the onboarding and employee central modules along with complex CPI integrations with other ADP Products. Your expertise and critical thinking to analyze business requirements and knowledge of Success Factors' current and upcoming features/functionality will be critical in driving the progress of our current implementation and ensuring successful delivery against our objectives.

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for identifying the needs of various HR Business Processes and design and build integrations with other ADP Products like Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, HR Data Warehouse.

Interacts with stakeholders, as well as internal and external vendors and support organizations to ensure optimal system functionality and user experience, as well as testing of application releases and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage integrations leveraging SAP CPI and Integration Centre.
  • Build and manage enterprise A2A & A2B integrations - building Rest/Soap Services & File based integrations.
  • Create & support integration flows to existing/New enterprise applications via Rest/Soap services.
  • Good experience on (Mail, SFTP, Success Factors ODATA V2, Process Direct) Adapters is must.
  • Work closely with Employee Central and Onboarding partners.
  • Manage SAP Bi-Annual upgrades impact on CPI and Integration Centre Integrations.
  • Provide timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Create and maintain Integration documentation.
  • Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Independently handle technical issues.
  • Provide on-going operational support including bug fixes and any system change activities during stabilization period.
  • Programming Experience (SQL & Java Script)
  • Team Player, enthusiastic to understand complex business processes and perform under pressure
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering discipline.
  • 7 - 10 years of experience and 6 - 8 years of relevant experience on SAP CPI.
  • Certification in SAP CPI is must.
  • Must have experience with at least two end to end Success Factors implementation.
  • Must have experience with at least two support projects.
  • Knowledge in SAP Employee Central and ONB 1.0 and 2.0 is a plus
  • Knowledge on documentation and training materials.
  • Knowledge on SAP HCM is a plus.
  • Experience in Dell Boomi is a plus
  • Good Communication Skills.
