Activities of the team/department that this role will operate in;
Excavation works utilising the Vacuum excavator Purpose of the role and your responsibilities;
Working across a variety of settings and customer sites providing a suction excavation service to our customers; meaning no two days are the same
Operating across all sectors within Taylor Woodrow
Responsible for the vehicle and its load until it is safely unloaded at the intended destination, complying and embracing the highest of environmental and safety standards
Formal qualifications required;
• CPCS or NPORS for grab and vac excavation
• HGV Class 2 Licence
• Driver CPC
• NRSWA (Signing , Lighting, Guarding)
• Emergency first aid at work
• Groundwork and civils experience essential.
Skills required;
Must be able to use all IT systems Experience required;
• Vacuum- excavation: 1 year (preferred)
• HGV Driving
• Tacho Card Knowledge;
Vacuum excavation Personal qualities;
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn, progress and adapt to a variety of work settings and requirements
• Able to work effectively a part of a team or independently
• Friendly, and able to provide high standard of customer service
