Job Title: iOS Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of iOS applications from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in iOS development, incorporating new tools and techniques as appropriate.
Drive innovation by proposing and implementing creative solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in iOS development, with a strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
Proven track record of leading successful iOS projects from conception to completion.
Deep understanding of iOS frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
