Job Title: Technical Cum Sales Executive

Position: Full-time

Job Location: West Bengal

The Technical Cum Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and providing technical support for the Abbott SoToxa, FARAO, oral fluid analyzer in the West Bengal . This role involves product demonstrations, client training, and post-sales support while ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales of the SoToxa, FARO oral fluid analyzer to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations for prospective clients, highlighting technical features and benefits.
  • Client Training: Provide thorough training to clients on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the SoToxa, FARO, SoToxa, Gemini analyzer.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical expertise to assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to the product.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts in layman’s terms to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent post-sales service and support.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, client feedback, and technical reports to the management team.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding of diagnostic devices, with a preference for experience in oral fluid testing and drug detection.
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a technical field such as Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
  • Prior experience in a technical sales role, particularly in the medical devices or diagnostic testing industry.
  • Familiarity with oral fluid testing, especially for drug detection, will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Southern region.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong technical background and proven sales experience, capable of bridging the gap between technical functionality and customer needs.
