Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Quality Control at Shree Jaya Laboratories, located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager, Quality Control will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, conducting regular inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and managing the quality control team. Additional tasks include developing and implementing quality control policies, analyzing quality data, and collaborating with other departments to address quality issues and improve overall product quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control processes and techniques
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent team management and leadership abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
