The Opportunity:

We're seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team.

In this full-time role, you'll play a pivotal role in automating tasks, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient IT asset management.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement powerful ServiceNow workflows to automate tasks and streamline ITSM processes.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations specifically for IT Asset Management (ITAM).

- Leverage Ivanti software suite integrations to enhance data flow and automation within ITAM processes.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionality, particularly within the ITAM domain.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

What You Bring to the Table:

- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of ITSM modules.

- Solid back-end web development and programming skills (e.g., Java, JavaScript).

- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- The ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative remote environment.

- A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve with ServiceNow advancements, especially in ITAM functionalities.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices.

- Experience with the Ivanti software suite.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
