Requirements Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding · Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing support, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups. · Manage pre-onboarding documentation, background verification, and induction. · Maintain candidate and employee data through Zoho Recruit and Zoho People. HR Operations · Update and maintain HRIS and personnel files with complete accuracy. · Generate and manage HR letters (offer, confirmation, appraisal, experience, etc.). · Support payroll and attendance inputs by maintaining accurate employee data. Employee Engagement · Plan and execute engagement initiatives, surveys, and day to day activities. · Address day-to-day HR-related employee queries in a timely and professional manner. · Assist in internal communications and culture-building activities. Performance & Compliance Support · Coordinate performance review cycles and appraisal documentation. · Support compliance with statutory labour laws under the Shops & Establishments Act, PF, and ESI. · Prepare periodic HR reports and ensure audit-readiness for all employee records. Preferred Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred). · 1–2 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist. · Working knowledge of Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, or similar HRMS tools. · Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. · Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
