ServiceNow HRSD Tech The ServiceNow HRSD Tech Lead plays a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.

- This position is crucial in ensuring that our HR processes are efficiently automated and aligned with best practices, ultimately contributing to a streamlined and effective HR service delivery framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions to optimize HR service delivery processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design artifacts, and test plans

- Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management

- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules and associated integrations

- Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the HRSD platform

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancement requests and new feature development

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging ServiceNow technologies

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) credentials

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration

- Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD, including core HR, case, and knowledge management

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, with strong project management skills

- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and its application to HR service management

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric mindset

- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems
