What will you do?

SAP/JDE/AS400/Oracle experience of working on Invoice processing, GRIR, MIGo, MIRO, and paymentTimely and accurate review, validation and processing of incoming invoices (e.g., POs and non-PO) in accounting system.Knowledge of TDS related to EMEA regionsKnowledge of GST related to EMEA regionsEnsuring that invoices are properly coded and booked in accordance with the Chart of Accounts.Verifying that the invoices comply with CNH policies and procedures.Auditing travel and expense liquidation in accordance with existing rules and regulations.Processing prepayments and following up on prepaid invoicesHandling statements and vendor inquiriesAssisting in AP Sub-ledger close and other month-end activitiesIdentifies invoice and purchase order discrepancies and offers solutionsAssisting with the resolution of discrepancies or problems that prohibit timely processing of invoices in the system.Providing support and assistance to colleagues with respect to accounting informationResponding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding outstanding P2P inquiries (e.g. invoices, payments, travel and expenses audit responses).Following up on match exceptions and coordinating with BusinessWe are working closely with R2R team to ensure that no AP transactions are outstanding in bank reconciliation and cash management.Following up on transactions on the Accounts Payables Trial Balance (Ageing)Following up on open Purchase Orders and invoices on holdPreparing and reviewing accruals and any other month-end P2P transactionsAssisting in AP Sub-ledger close and other month-end activitiesEnsure monthly checklists are completed by the end of the end of the month and signed off by P2P SupervisorAudit support as and when needed.Hands-on management of the transition of AP activities from EMEA regions.Good is process documentations and managing things with minimum supervision.Ability to challenge the status quo and produce new thoughts.Profile requirements:Preferable candidates who can join immediatelyThis job works from officeWe must have over 8 years of experience in accounts payable.Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and financial/ERP software (experience in AP module in Oracle, SAP, JDE, QAD or AS 400 PRMS)You must have knowledge of Excel in advance.Strong analytical skillsEnglish language: full professional proficiencyAbility to streamline functions and passion to learn and growAbility to drive conversations with remote teams (located globally)Confident decision-makingAbility to act quicklyComfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independentlyFlexibility to change direction quickly and handle responsibilities independentlyWork timing: 12.30 to 9.30 PM
