Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Expert Experience: 8–10 Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Expert to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules , with hands-on experience in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Automation . You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions that drive operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, etc.). Ensure CMDB integrity and maintain accurate service dependency maps. Drive automation initiatives through integration with third-party tools and custom scripts. Collaborate with ITSM, ITAM, and other teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery. Develop and maintain custom scripts (JavaScript, Glide) to enhance ServiceNow functionality. Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM. Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and API integrations. Experience in Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Operations Automation. Proven ability to design and implement integrations with external systems. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM or equivalent certification preferred.
