Job Title : CASB and DLP Security Engineer/Consultant. Location : BLR/PUNE/HYD (Offshore). Experience : 5-9 years. Joining : Immediate/within 15 days. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced CASB and DLP Security Engineer/Consultant to lead the. deployment, configuration, and optimization of Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) and Data Loss Prevention. (DLP) solutions. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical expertise in CASB and DLP technologies, a strong understanding of cloud security principles, and a proven track record of successful implementations in complex enterprise environments. Mandatory Skills & Experience : Extensive CASB Expertise : - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and managing leading. - CASB solutions (e., Forcepoint, Netskope, Symantec, Microsoft Cloud App Security, etc. - Proven ability to define and implement CASB policies for data discovery, classification, and protection across various cloud applications (SaaS). - Deep understanding of CASB functionalities, including API-based and inline (proxy) deployments, user behavior analytics (UBA), threat detection, and incident response. - Experience in integrating CASB solutions with other security tools (SIEM, IDP, etc. Strong DLP Knowledge : - Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise-grade DLP solutions, including endpoint, network, email, and cloud DLP. - Ability to design and implement DLP policies for sensitive data protection, data classification, and data loss prevention across various channels (email, web, cloud, endpoints). - Experience in configuring and tuning DLP systems to minimize false positives and ensure effective data protection. Cloud Security Proficiency : - Solid understanding of cloud security concepts and best practices, including cloud access control, data encryption, and compliance requirements. - Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure) and their native security services. Compliance and Governance : - Familiarity with relevant compliance standards and regulations (e. , GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA). - Experience in implementing security controls to meet compliance requirements. General Security Skills : - Understanding of Security Incident Event Management (SIEM) concepts. (ref:hirist.tech)
