Job Title: OTM Consultant / Senior OTM ConsultantLocation:RemoteExperience:8–12+ YearsWork Mode:Full-timeRole Type:OTM Implementation (Cloud & On-Prem)About the RoleWe are hiringOTM Consultants and Senior OTM Consultantswho will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working withOTM Cloud ,SQL , and must be well-versed withAgile & DevOps practices . Experience withOTM on-premise to cloud migrationwill be a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or participate in full lifecycleOTM Implementation projects .Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).Collaborate with cross-functional teams in anAgile/DevOps environment .Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.Required Skills8–12+ Years of experience inOracle Transportation Management (OTM) .Strong hands-on experience withOTM Cloud ; exposure to both functional and technical areas.Proficiency inSQLand OTM-related data structures.Knowledge ofDevOps pipelines , version control, build/release processes.Strong understanding ofAgile methodologies .Experience withOTM on-premises to cloud migration(mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level).Excellent communication and client interaction skills.Good to HaveOTM certificationsExperience in Logistics/Supply Chain domainAPI/Integration understanding (SOAP/REST)Who Can ApplyOTM Consultant→ 8+ years experienceSenior OTM Consultant→ 10–12+ years experience + migration background preferred
