Purpose of the role :
We are a leading international beauty company with presence in over 60 countries. We are passionate about creating innovative and high-quality beauty and wellness products that empower individuals to express their unique style .
We are seeking a motivated and independent Junior Specialist to join our dynamic team . You will play a crucial role in implementing and testing merchandising offers , ensuring they are accurately reflected on our website and app . You will collaborate with the planning team to align offers with their strategic vision and work closely with the IBM team on complex merchandising initiatives
What will you do ?
Implement merchandising offers across our digital platforms, including the website and app.
Conduct thorough testing of merchandising offers to ensure optimal performance and accuracy .
Coordinate with the planning team to align merchandising offers with their strategic objectives .
Collaborate with the IBM team on complex merchandising projects that require programming expertise .
Utilize our internal merchandising planning software and ERP system to streamline processes and optimize efficiency
Analyze merchandising data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Regularly train and educate Oriflame’s partner suppliers on the regulatory requirements and internal policies for effective documentation
Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
Self motivated in problem solving initiatives to achieve on time objectives
Your background and your qualifications :
We are looking for a junior-level professional who is highly motivated, independent, and responsible. You should be a quick learner with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills . You should also be passionate about the beauty industry and eager to contribute to our company's growth .
Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field
1-2 years of experience
Strong understanding of merchandising principles and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
