Job Descriptio

nThe Training Coordinator will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Technology team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The Training Coordinator will work closely with department heads, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to create and implement effective training modules and curriculums for onboarding and continuous skills development

Key Responsibiliti

  • es:Design and develop training programs and materials, including onboarding curriculums and ongoing skills development cours
  • es.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standar
  • ds.Utilize various instructional methods and technologies to deliver engaging and effective training sessio
  • ns.Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the Technology te
  • am.Coordinate with team leaders to schedule and deliver onboarding sessio
  • ns.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs and make necessary adjustmen
  • ts.Identify training needs within the Technology team and develop programs to address skill ga
  • ps.Organize and deliver training sessions on technical skills, tools, and best practic
  • es.Track and assess the progress of team members' skill developme
  • nt.Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and semina
  • rs.Manage training logistics, including booking venues, arranging equipment, and preparing materia
  • ls.Communicate training schedules and details to participants and stakeholde
  • rs.Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training progra

Qualificati

  • ons:Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Technology, or a related fi
  • eld.Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably within a technology-focused environm
  • ent.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal ski
  • lls.Strong organizational and project management abilit
  • ies.Proficiency in using training software and learning management systems (L
  • MS).Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakehold
  • ers.Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in training and developm


ent.
Preferred Qualificat

  • ions:Experience in a technology or software development environ
  • ment.Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD,
