Credit Release Manager

Job Description
As a Release Manager at JP Morgan Chase, supporting lending content, you will be a key part of the Testing Center Of Excellence team and co-ordinate releases for a number of Products within Lending content. We are seeking a Release Manager to plan, execute, improve and report on the status of our software and document releases.
Job responsibilities
Foster a collaborative environment in which you will work closely with Product, Tech, Testing Center Of Excellence teams and User groups to ensure quality releases are deployed as per the predefined schedule.
Be an advocate of the user experience and client impact while being focused on the delivery of the Lending content roadmap.
Create and implement an effective Release checklist to ensure there is transparency and collaboration across the different products and tech teams.
Coordinate the planning, scheduling, execution, risk management and status reporting of lending product related releases.
Consolidate the release calendars across the different products and align the releases in line with the all the lending products as applicable.
Manage daily release management monitoring tasks such as testing progression, bug resolution, scope monitoring, release status health and risk management.
Participate in all Agile ceremonies such as the Product and Tech stand ups and manage cross functional dependencies and impact and Release Go/No-Go.
Focus on continuous improvement within the lending content release management process
Provide high quality advice, guidance and support to all release management stakeholders.
Maintain quality documentation related to the lending content release management process. Publish release scope, release scorecard, Pre and Post release communication. Create release related training material and conduct user trainings in a timely manner.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Degree level education or equivalent with excellent communication skills.
Proven experience as a Release Manager/Project Manager in an Agile environment.
Possess strong leadership, organizational and influencing skills
Have a positive, can-do attitude, with a natural ability for working with all personality types.
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is mandatory.
