Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional based in Dehradun with a strong background in sales to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for growing business through partnerships, lead generation, and innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities in and around Dehradun and beyond.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales & Relationship Management:
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos to close deals.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to meet sales goals.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives:
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to support sales and client onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track progress through CRM systems and provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline health.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve products, services, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
