Is a major TV production company in the MENA region, and is seeking an HR & Admin Specialist for their Cairo office.

Job description :

The role of the Office Manager Specialist is implementing and managing daily Office Manager operational activities. In addition, the candidate is going to handle recruitment, employee services, third parties, and other employee engagement activities. That is alongside office management duties such as flight booking, handling reception area, office cleanliness, meeting and greet guests, etc.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that data on the payroll is always up to date.

Responsible for payroll inputs and leave management across the organization.

Run and administer the performance appraisal cycle.

Update policies procedures and forms regularly to be as per country labor laws Assist in drafting letters and personnel documents

Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day management of the office including maintenance and cleanness.

Responsible for office provisions and creating LPOs.

Attend to customers' and suppliers' phone calls promptly and direct them to the right person.

Oversee administration personnel and coordinate their activities.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Lead on business travel bookings and coordination

Manage office supplies.

Responsible for handling all office space-related arrangements.

Aid during engagement activities

Proactively maintain the reception area and all common areas

Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail, physically and electronically.

Prepare letters, presentations, and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or business administration.

A minimum experience of 4 years in a relevant field.

Strong character, welcoming and presentable.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Empathy and understanding in dealing with employee issues.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
