Apps Azure App Services & Integration Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and versatile engineers to join ourAzure Application Platform Supportteam. In this role, you will support enterprise customers leveragingserverless, event-driven, and microservices-based architectureson Azure. You will engage with customers to troubleshoot, optimize, and guide solutions built with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and App Services.

This is a high-impact role requiring deep curiosity and technical breadth acrossapplication deployment, orchestration, and monitoring, with a commitment to customer success. Engineers will work inrotational shifts(24X7)to support mission-critical deployments and maintain uptime SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related toAzure App Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functionswith a strong focus on speed and quality.
  • Provide design and architectural guidance for serverless and event-driven application models.
  • Act as a consultant to help customers adopt best practices for app modernization and integration.
  • Partner with the Azure product group to escalate platform bugs and improve product stability.
  • Create diagnostics tools, feedback loops, and automation workflows for common issues.
  • Participate in continuous training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Skillset:

  • Strong understanding ofAzure App Services,Azure Functions, andLogic Appsfor workflows and automation.
  • Proficient withAzure API Management, Event Grid, Service Bus, and Web Apps scaling.
  • Experience withAzure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and release pipelines.
  • Monitoring and diagnostics usingApplication Insights, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and microservices design patterns.
  • Proven experience with cloud deployment and development tools (i.e. PowerShell, CLI, REST API, Visual Studio, .NET, SDK, JSON, ARM/Bicep templates).
