The position reports into the HR leader and is responsible for a team of 8 pan India.Role and Responsibility:- Own and manage the talent acquisition function for the business, from sourcing to onboarding.- Responsible for hiring sales and service positions pan India. This would include selective positions to be hired for the Middle East business as well.- Build capacity and capability to recruit high volume of talent for turn-key projects, while also maintaining a monthly run rate for replacement hiring.- Collaborate with Business leaders to understand and their hiring requirements for the year- Publish regular recruitment metrics and analyse the same to drive continuous improvement- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to candidates.- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance goals.Preferred candidate experience:- A post graduate in HR or psychology- With over 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and atleast 2 years leading a team- Experienced in using recruitment tools, ATS, Naukri, Linked In, etc.- Prior experience in hiring for healthcare sales and distribution firms is advantageous- Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding is helpful- Exposure to behavioural interviewing techniques and psychometric tools- Someone with a drive to meet or beat targets for the month/ project- And with excellent collaborating and communication
