RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to manage the implementation and roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in FLS globally.

Your responsibilitiesKeep all project resources such as key users, external suppliers, and IT members informed of assigned tasks and motivated to hit deadlinesImplement and roll-out of D365 globallyCollect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports including Gantt charts, budget vs actual, and logging of issues and risks.Establish and implement a cadence for project communications and meetings to provide status updates for senior management, key users, and general employees with a detail-level appropriate to each audienceOfficially close projects by getting stakeholder sign-off and transition support to key users, helpdesk, and ERP business consultantsKeep up to date on Dynamics 365 developments together with the global ERP team and share best practices, successes, and ideasSet yourself apartYou possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:Bachelor’s degree in CIS/MIS or related field from an accredited institution5+ years of experience in IT project management10+ years of experience managing Dynamics365 implementation and roll-out projectsExperience leading Dynamics ERP implementation projects in a manufacturing environment (Dynamics 365 F&O highly preferred, Dynamics AX will be considered)Thorough understanding of project management principles and planningExperience managing executive level stakeholdersAbility to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely mannerHighly organized individual with attention to detailExcellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience (must have):10+ years of experience and knowledge as Senior Project Manager implementing and roll-out of Dynamics 365 globally.
