We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

Job Description: We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with advanced capabilities in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The candidate should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment, administering the Salesforce platform, managing complex platform and data integration projects, and translating business requirements into technical tasks. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with advanced capabilities in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and triggers. Implement advanced features of Sales Cloud, such as Sales Path, Opportunity Products, and Einstein Analytics, to optimize sales processes and improve sales performance. Implement advanced features of Service Cloud, such as Omni-Channel, Service Console, and Knowledge Management, to enhance customer service and support capabilities. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware. Work in a fast-paced environment, administering the Salesforce platform, managing complex platform and data integration projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions. Manage business requirements and convert them into technical tasks. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I) is preferred. Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment. Experience administering the Salesforce platform. Experience working on complex platform and data integration projects. Ability to manage business requirements and convert them into technical tasks. Proficiency in Salesforce declarative customization tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules). Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with a passion for learning and keeping up with emerging Salesforce technologies and best practices.
