As an Netsuite functional consultant, you will be responsible for. collaborating with the Accounts departments for Netsuite Data migration & Implementation. Prior working experience as an Netsuite Consultant will be mandatory for this position.
This role reports into the Assistant Finance Manager and is required to escalate issues to his direct line manager related to company.
Key Responsibilities
in Netsuite UI Customization, Suite script, RestLets and Workflows.
to configure Netsuite system as per business requirement.
and implement NetSuite customizations to meet enhancement and maintenance requirements.
custom code using SuiteScripts to meet user requirements.
Netsuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules.
mass imports and exports of data.
and build custom objects. Responsible for the design and development of system integration components.
and drive design review sessions with IT and business leads to obtain sign-off and deployment support.
Skills Required
Data Migration
NetSuite Administrative tasks – Profiles, Roles, Permissions
Basics of Record to Report
Creation of Saved Searches
Dashboard Design
Familiar with CSV Imports
Training to New Joinees
Development of Training materials
Nice to have :
Suite Bundler
Permissions & Workflows Management
Customization of Fields, Forms, Records, List .
Desired Experience :
.3 to 4 years or at least 2/3 migrations/implementations projects in Netsuite.
Suite flow, Suite bundle experience.
End to End Testing experience
PDF and HTML Templates
Multicurrencies and Multi Subsidaries experience
Good Knowledge of Accounting - P2P, O2C and R2R process
Good Knowledge of P2P, R2R and O2C process
Knowledge of Vendor Payment Process
Knowledge of Suite Script will be and added advantage
