Job Description: PGT/TGT Teacher

We are seeking passionate and dedicated PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) and TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) for various subjects to join our team. General Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons according to the prescribed CBSE and NCERT curriculum.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
  • Use innovative teaching methodologies, including digital tools and technology, to enhance learning.
  • Ensure that learning is shifted away from rote methods and focuses on conceptual understanding.
  • Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Stay updated with the latest educational trends and CBSE guidelines.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities

  • PGT/TGT Science Teacher (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
  • Conduct classroom and laboratory sessions, ensuring the safety and proper use of equipment.
  • Develop and implement hands-on, experiential learning activities.
  • Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams.
  • PGT/TGT Computer Teacher
  • Instruct students in fundamental and advanced computer skills, including programming and digital literacy.
  • Maintain the computer lab, ensuring all hardware and software are in working order.
  • Organize and supervise practical sessions and projects.
  • PGT/TGT Math Teacher
  • Deliver comprehensive mathematics lessons, focusing on building conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare students for standardized tests and competitions.
  • Utilize educational technology to illustrate complex mathematical concepts.
  • PGT/TGT Accounts & Economics Teacher
  • Teach core principles of Accounts and Economics, incorporating real-world applications and case studies.
  • Guide students in career opportunities related to commerce and business studies.
  • Stay current with economic trends and integrate them into the curriculum.

Qualifications

  • For TGT:
    Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.
  • For PGT:
    Master's degree in the relevant subject with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and NCERT norms is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and educational technology.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:
    ₹18,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualification).
