From high-precision systems like Carbon Chakra and Winding Guru to custom engineering projects, we power innovation across aerospace, defense, automotive, and energy sectors.We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive our technology forward.Position: Electronics and Electrical TechnicianRole OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for electrical system development, wiring, testing, and supporting machine integration for our advanced manufacturing equipment.You will be responsible for:• Control box wiring and panel wiring• PCB component soldering, and prototype testing• Testing of electrical devices, components, and systems• Troubleshooting and debugging electrical circuits• Procuring electrical and electronic components, tools, and equipment• Supporting machine installation, integration, and R&D activitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications- Strong soldering skills (through-hole & SMD preferred)- Good understanding of electronic components (ICs, diodes, transistors, power components, etc.)- Understanding of electrical fundamentals: power systems, wire selection, grounding- Knowledge of AC 3-phase systems, motors, and industrial wiring- Problem-solving mindset with hands-on practical skills- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline- Inventory management and lab/factory managementPreferred / Good to Have- Hands-on experience in electrical assembly, wiring, and machine–electrical integration- Familiarity with electronics components, testing, and basic troubleshooting- Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical or electronics technician workLocation: Valiamala, Trivandrum, KeralaJob Type: Full-time, On-siteHow to ApplySend your CV to with the subject: Electronics and Electrical Technician | Vashishtha Research
