Job Description: Senior Engineer Bangalore Location: Bangalore Experience: 7+ years Key Responsibilities Perform power system studies including load flow, short circuit, transient stability, harmonic analysis, and reliability assessments. Conduct grid integration analysis for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid systems). Develop and validate power system models using tools such as PSS E, ETAP, PSCAD, Dig SILENT Power Factory, EMTP, or similar. Lead protection coordination , relay settings, and fault studies for T&D networks. Support transmission and distribution planning , network expansion studies, and system optimization. Evaluate interconnection requirements, grid codes, and compliance standards (CEA, IEC, IEEE, NERC). Prepare detailed technical reports, system study documentation, and engineering recommendations. Collaborate with project managers, EPC partners, and utility clients to deliver engineering deliverables on schedule.
