Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate bills/invoices for customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper verification of sales orders, delivery challans, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with the productions, operations and sales team to schedule and track dispatches.
  • Maintain dispatch records and ensure proper documentation for deliveries.
  • Follow up with transporters/couriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Handle queries related to billing, dispatch, and delivery status.
  • Reconcile dispatch and billing data with accounts team for accuracy.
  • Maintain systematic filing of invoices, challans, and dispatch records for audit/compliance purposes.
  • Assist in stock verification and reporting discrepancies, if any.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
