You'll collaborate closely with various technology stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and seamless data flow between systems.In this role, you will assess the current software landscape, identifying areas for improvement while focusing on integrating platforms like ServiceNow (ITSM), MS Dynamics, Jira & Confluence, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Oracle ERP, and Oracle HCM. This is an exciting opportunity to shape DAZN’s application roadmap and align technology solutions with our strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and document system architectures in a clear, comprehensive, and concise manner. Maintain an expert-level understanding of DAZN's technologies, systems, and potential alternatives. Collaborate with Business Analysts and System Managers to translate business requirements into robust system designs. Assess existing software systems to identify areas for improvement, especially around data integration and availability. Oversee system architecture solutions for platforms such as ServiceNow (ITSM), MS Dynamics, Jira & Confluence, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Oracle ERP preferably Oracle HCM or (SAP Success factors or Workday) Create functional specifications, architecture diagrams, and documentation for technical solutions. Present technical designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, making recommendations for change when needed. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient realization of system architectures. Manage a team of system administrators and support the Enterprise Applications Team. What We’re Looking For: Strong foundation in common technology stacks and their integration options, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem. Ability to document and present system architecture and technical solutions clearly and effectively. Strategic thinker with the ability to provide solutions to complex technical problems. Experience with data governance, data management, and API/microservices architecture. Familiarity with systems such as ServiceNow (ITSM), MS Dynamics, Jira & Confluence, Power BI, and SharePoint. Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying technical designs to both technical and non-technical audiences. Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to delivering client-focused solutions. Ability to conduct independent research and identify best practices in the industry. Additional Information: The major business systems we look after are: HR Systems (Oracle Fusion HCM & Lever) or SAP SuccessFactors or Workday. CRM System (MS Dynamics 365) ITSM System (HaloITSM) Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI) The main focus would be around HR systems and CRM system as we have lot of work in these areas in the pipeline. Your Team: You will work within the Enterprise Applications Team, which manages and supports a variety of employee-centric systems. In addition to managing systems, you will also lead a team of system administrators, helping to guide DAZN’s technology and integration strategies. ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 a year
