Job Title : LLM Python Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking experienced Senior Python Developers to join our dynamic team focused on advancing AI technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals eager to contribute to both commercial and research AI solutions for various US-based companies. Key Responsibilities :

- Write effective Python code to address complex issues.

- Utilize business acumen and analytical skills to extract valuable insights from public databases.

- Document and explain coding logic clearly using Jupyter notebooks or similar tools.

- Apply extensive experience in Python to develop robust solutions.

- Solve algorithmic problems with practical solutions.

- Develop test cases and debug code to enhance quality and performance.

Required Technical Skills :

Python Mastery :


- Extensive experience in Python development with a deep understanding of Python syntax, data structures, and best practices.


Large Language Models (LLMs) : Proven experience in working with LLMs, including fine-tuning and deploying models like GPT, BERT, or similar.


Machine Learning Frameworks : Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.


Data Manipulation : Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.


API Development : Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in developing and integrating APIs for AI/ML models.


Version Control : Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.


Testing & Debugging : Solid experience in writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and debugging complex issues.


Software Engineering Principles : Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and best practices in software : Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.


Skills for Technical Work Assessment (TWA) :


Problem-Solving : Ability to articulate problem-solving strategies and apply them effectively to complex AI challenges.


Code Design : Design and implement practical, efficient, and scalable coding solutions.


Testing & Validation : Develop comprehensive test cases to validate solutions and ensure their robustness.


Debugging : Expertise in debugging and refining solutions to improve performance and reliability


Interview Process :

1. Round 1 : Internal interview with partner.

2. Round 2 : Culture fit interview with the client.

3. Round 3 : Live coding/problem-solving interview with the client.

4. Round 4 : System design interview with the client.
