Job Summary:

Responsible for product development and merchandising for kids and infant categories, from concept to delivery. Coordinate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are met. Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to develop innovative and commercially viable products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end product development for kids and infant wear.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, costing, and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct market research for trends, fabrics, trims, and styles.
  • Work closely with design and buying teams to finalize seasonal ranges.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Fashion/ Textile/ Merchandising or related field.
  • 4–5 years' experience in PD merchandising for kids & infant categories.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
