We are now looking for a Junior Architect to join our vibrant team.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 1–3 years of professional experience to support our design and execution teams. Ideal candidates should be based in Bengaluru and fluent in English, with a keen interest in residential, commercial, and plotted layout developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the conceptual and schematic design of villas, apartments, plotted layouts, clubhouses, and commercial buildings.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Participate in internal reviews, and site visits.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, local bye-laws, and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction.
- Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers during all design stages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or Diploma in Architecture.
- 0–3 years of experience in architectural design and execution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site coordination.
- Strong communication, visualization, and teamwork skills.
- Must be based in Bangalore and fluent in English.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model Until Oct, 2025: Work from office 2 days per week (remaining days remote)

Salary Range:
₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month (Depends on Experience and Ability)
