Experience Range: 8-10 Years

Job Description :

"Windows OS 7, 8.1, 10. Troubleshooting

MS Office Suite (Eg: MS Outlook 2010, Office365, OneDrive, MS Teams

), Adobe, AutoCAD Products and other application installations and basic troubleshooting

Antivirus, OS patching – Installation and troubleshooting

AD, DNS, DHCP, Data Backup & Restore

Basic Network knowledge & Troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge on Cloud computing & VPN

Desktops, Laptops & Network printer configuration support

Basic knowledge on Ticketing tool, Antivirus & windows Patching.

Basic DOS Commands (like Ping, Tracert..)

Knowledge of SCCM & Patching through SCCM, reports

Mobile device outlook configuration and troubleshooting

Audio & Video Support and trouble shooting

VC & Board Room Supports

Leadership skills"
