Summary :
We are seeking an agile leader to build a partner ecosystem that drives revenue growth and expands the market presence of Algonomy's marketing solutions.
Primary Product portfolio includes Active Content I Ensemble AI
Secondary Product portfolio : Customer Data Platform , Personalization Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Development
Identify, onboard, and engage potential partners across key categories:
a) Technology providers (e.g., CDP, Marketing Automation, Email Service Providers)
b) Marketing agencies
c) System integrators
d) Business consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG)
e) Resellers
- Conduct enablement sessions to ensure partner readiness and effectiveness.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partners to ensure Algonomy is the preferred choice
- Joint Marketing Initiatives
Collaborate with partners on joint marketing activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Pipeline Management
Review sales pipeline and closures through partnerships. Establish a regular review cadence (weekly/biweekly) with partners to monitor progress and identify opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with partner, sales, presales, and product marketing teams to support pipeline development and achieve revenue goals.
Key metrics for this role ( first 12 months)
- Order Booking : USD 750,000
- # of active Partners : 10
- Pipeline generation via partners(Qualified) : USD 2 Million
ESSENTIAL QUALIFIERS FOR THIS ROLE:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role within a SaaS Company.
- Successfully managed 20+ active partners
- Past experience in marketing technology landscape (Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation ,
- e-commerce personalization platforms, email personalisation etc.)
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Experience of working with geographically diverse/distributed teams.
- Hunter and Hustler mindset
