We are hiring an entrepreneurial person to join our team to work as an IT Recruiter. This is an

role.

Proven work experience as a Recruiter in the UK or US market, ideally from a recruitment agency specializing in Software Engineering and Technical recruitment.Good track record of direct sourcing methodologies, including CV database searching, Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, and insights on where to find suitable candidatesBe able to demonstrate an understanding of the technical candidate market and the ability to assess candidates against our technical requirementsYou will take pride in delivering a seamless resourcing service to the talent team/hiring managersIdeally you will have previous experience using an ATS system and be tech-savvyHappy to work 40 hours per week, ideally spread across 5 working days.

Experience Level – 1 to 3 YearsSalary: Based on current CTC & ExperienceShifts: UK Shifts - 1.30pm to 9.30pm ISTJob Location: Thane - Kalpataru Prime, Wagle Estate (Candidates need to be at a commutable distance - Out of station candidates will be rejected)
