Job Description Summary : As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex programs and projects aligned with strategic business objectives. With 6–9 years of experience of which at least 5 years must be in Agile Project Management, you will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding teams through all phases of the project lifecycle. Your leadership will ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams, effective stakeholder engagement, and timely resolution of challenges. You will be responsible for defining project scope, monitoring execution, and maintaining transparency through robust documentation and communication. This role is critical in maintaining project momentum, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and delivering measurable business value. Location: Pune Experience: 6-9 years Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead team performance through strategic guidance and decision-making. Make key team-level decisions and drive accountability across project deliverables. Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to high-impact decisions and align efforts with program goals. Identify, analyze, and resolve issues affecting team performance and project outcomes—both within and across teams. Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment, track progress, and proactively address emerging risks or blockers. Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency, traceability, and compliance. Requirements: 6–9 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Agile Project Management. Proven expertise in Agile Program Management, Agile Project Management, and Program Project Management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and execution across diverse project types. Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, communication strategies, and expectation alignment. Skilled in risk analysis and implementation of effective mitigation plans. Proficient in using project management tools and software for tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring. Minimum 15 years of full-time education. Must be based in the Pune office.
