Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Expert with Server & Hosting Specialist at Grape Services Pvt Ltd located in Kolkata. The IT Expert will be responsible for managing IT operations, ensuring information security, maintaining network security, and performing analytical tasks and a web and cloud hosting expert e.g.
Google cloud, host dime, host gator and amazon hosting server.
Daily tasks include overseeing
server management, hosting, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing security measure
s. This includes the
deployment, configuration, monitoring, and support of both physical and virtual server infrastructures.

Qualifications

  • At least
    3 yrs of Experience
    with
    Server Hosting & Management
    and
    2 Yrs of experience in Technical Support
  • Strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills
  • Information Security and Network Security expertise
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
