1. HR Systems Management:
- Overseeing the management and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software platforms.
- Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality within HR systems.
- Collaborating with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades, integrations, and improvements.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Handling the end-to-end processes related to employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Administering employee records, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements and data privacy regulations.
3. HR Policies and Procedures:
- Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Communicating policies and procedures to employees and ensuring understanding and compliance across the organization.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Preparing and filing regulatory reports, such as EEO-1, ACA, and OSHA reports.
- Conducting audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions.
5. HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Generating HR metrics, analytics, and reports to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key HR metrics.
- Analyzing data to support decision-making and improve HR processes and initiatives.
6. Vendor Management:
- Managing relationships with HR service providers, vendors, and consultants.
- Negotiating contracts, monitoring service levels, and ensuring value for money in vendor engagements.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within HR operations.
- Implementing best practices and recommending innovative solutions to enhance HR service delivery.
