Research & Advanced Engineering technology management, BESS, cathode/anode/electrolyte materials, electrochemical and related technologies, electrochemical testing methods, standards, organic / polymer synthesis / solid state synthesis of battery materials, atomistic simulations (DFT methods), electrochemical modelling, battery materials development and cell, data science, modelling and simulation, knowledge of AI/ML.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Masters: + 8 years in electrochemical energy storage and materials development for the same
PhD: + 6 years in electrochemical energy storage and materials development for the same
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
12 years of experience in RESEARCH & ADVANCED ENGINEERING department GLOBAL COMPANY (Automotive OEM preferred)
MUST) RESEARCH & ADVANCED ENGINEERING technology MANAGEMENT (new research theme & domain creation, business strategy creation, MTP creation)
MUST) Patent filed, Scientific/research paper published & presented in major global conference. Trained team to do the same.
MUST) Hands-on research experience & deep knowledge in at least one technology
Joint projects with universities, national laboratories, private companies & start-ups
Government fund proposals, government funded project management
