PMT The role – what we expect you to do day to dayBe customer obsessed: develop & provide the organization with a deep appreciation for customer needs, the ecosystem and the key market dynamicsSystems analysis and design: gain in-depth understanding of the product platform and ecosystem around it. Prepare technical artefacts for Engineering covering data flows, sequence diagrams, API and other interface specificationsBacklog management: Define roadmap to support the delivery of objectives. Turn system designs into features and stories that can be actioned by EngineeringLead story elaboration, including creation of detailed, comprehensive acceptance criteriaProvide technical analysis of application software to ensure that business and functional requirements can be metManage strategic alignment across teams: working with stakeholders, ensure backlogs are properly prioritized and refined according to anticipated business value & measurable outcomesAgile Mindset: advocate for taking an agile approach to product development through all activities from defining an epic to writing acceptance criteria on a user storyMeasure outcomes & seek continuous improvements: Evaluate & seek to improve existing practices, metrics, and roles to continually optimizeAll About You and What you need to bring:Several years of product management or new product development and experience shipping high-quality products. Understands and can explain the business context and the associated customer use casesExperience managing highly technical products, for example a technical platform or some API servicesDeep knowledge of software systems design and architecture. Technical savviness essentialKnowledge of key management and cryptography is desirableExperience in Lean Product managementComprehensive experience in agile delivery methodologies (scrum, Kanban, etc.), CI/CD and modern DevOps based PDLC and SDLC.Track record of successful delivery of product features from design, development, deployment and customer integrationProficient at grooming user stories, features and epics, setting entrance/exit criteria and prioritizing a platform product backlogData driven – ability to define measurable and SMART leading and lagging metricsThrives in a highly collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts globally- across multiple regions. Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve themAbility to engage with numerous stakeholders on existing product capabilities and potential co-development opportunities or dependenciesAbility to operate in an environment with ambiguity. Able to find people and information and to bring stakeholders into the product journeyImprove team processes that accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve qualityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal
