Gegründet wurde unser Unternehmen im Jahr 2000, zu einer Zeit an der der Großteil der Planung und Verwaltung von Bauprojekten manuell durchgeführt wurde. Für die Verantwortlichen wurde es immer schwieriger einen Überblick über die immer komplexer werdenden Bauprojekte zu behalten. Hier knüpften unsere Gründer an und konnten mit ihrem Branchen-Know-How einen großen Wandel in der Digitalisierung schaffen.
Heute sprechen wir von "Construction Intelligence" - denn unsere Software macht große und kleine Bauprojekte effizienter, sicherer, pünktlicher und vor allem nachhaltiger.

Wie wird dein Tag aussehen

Wir suchen einen ergebnisorientierten, praxisnahen und analytischen Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Digital-Teams. Als die zentrale Ansprechperson für digitale Themen im Unternehmen stehst du im Mittelpunkt aller digitalen Marketingaktivitäten. Die Website ist die wichtigste Quelle zur Lead-Generierung und benötigt daher ständige Optimierung. Deine Entscheidungen basieren auf Kundeninformationen und Marktdaten.
Du berichtest an den Director Digital und arbeitest täglich eng mit dem Marketingteam sowie externen Agenturen zusammen.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten Du strebst ständig danach, das End-to-End-Kundenerlebnis über mehrere Länder, Kanäle und Kundenkontaktpunkte hinweg zu optimieren, um die Konversionsrate zu maximieren Du optimierst die Website, um eine großartige Benutzererfahrung für die jeweiligen Zielgruppen zu erreichen Du erstellst Landingpages, die die Konversion maximieren SEO: Du entwickelst eine ansprechende SEO-Strategie, um den organischen Suchverkehr und das Ranking für relevante Suchbegriffe in unseren Hauptmärkten zu erhöhen Du misst und berichtest die Leistung aller digitalen Marketingkampagnen und bewertest sie im Vergleich zu den Zielen (ROI und KPIs) Du verwaltest Agenturen und andere Softwareanbieter Du evaluierst kontinuierlich neue Technologien und lieferst fundierte Empfehlungen und Perspektiven für deren Einsatz, wo es sinnvoll ist

Was brauchst du, um die Rolle zu erfüllen

Leidenschaft für die Online-Welt 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Digital Marketing, vorzugsweise im B2B-Bereich Hoch organisiert, praxisorientiert, detailorientiert und in der Lage, Anfragen unter Zeitdruck zu priorisieren Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen mit der Fähigkeit, schnell zu handeln und Erkenntnisse zu optimieren Erfahrung mit relevanten Tools: CMS-Tools, idealerweise Wordpress, Google Analytics, andere Tracking-Tools Du fühlst dich wohl in einem schnelllebigen, internationalen & multikulturellen B2B-Umfeld zu arbeiten Fließende Englischkenntnisse. Deutsch, Französisch und Spanisch sind von Vorteil
