Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Interior Designer / Architect with a passion for luxury residential design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-end residential projects, exceptional design sensibility, and strong leadership skills. You will work closely with UHNW (Ultra-High Net Worth) clients to create bespoke, world-class living spaces that combine elegance, functionality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Conceptualize and develop design schemes for luxury residences that reflect clients' lifestyles and aspirations.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for discerning clients, providing expert advice, presenting design proposals, and ensuring their vision is brought to life.
• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of design and execution, from initial briefing and concept development to site supervision and final handover.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of designers and architects, providing direction, feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Technical Expertise: Approve detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections, ensuring alignment with the highest standards of quality and luxury.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and attention to detail in every aspect of the project.
• Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of global design trends, luxury materials, and cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative and timeless interiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design/architecture.
• A strong portfolio of luxury residential projects showcasing sophistication, innovation, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, furnishings, and bespoke solutions.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Outstanding communication and client management skills, with a proven ability to handle UHNW clients.
• Understanding of global luxury design trends and cultural nuances.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience with international luxury residential projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable and smart home design solutions.
• Professional certifications (e.g., LEED, NCIDQ, RIBA) are an advantage.
