Role Description

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with students or in a residential setting
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of student welfare and behavior management
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Experience in hostel management is a plus
