Key products include Home Loans, Loans Against Property, Business Loans, and MSME Loans.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager- Housing & MSME Loans located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of Area Sales Officers, generating leads, and driving business growth for the company's lending products for Maharashtra.Key day-to-day tasks include Loan Target Achievement, market research, relationship building with potential borrowers/MSMEs/Builders/Govt Departments, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.Qualifications- Minimum 10-15 Years of Sales experience in Mortgage Industry- Customer, Partners & Stakeholders relationship management skills- Business Sourcing experience in the Housing and MSME Loan industry- Team management and leadership skills- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and creating growth Plans- Ability to work on-site within Mumbai regionContact us:- Visit us:-
